We genuinely hope you love your jewellery as much as we loved creating it. However, if something is not right, we are committed to assisting you with a fair and transparent resolution process.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible products may be returned within:
• 7 days for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
• 15–30 days for eligible unused products, depending on category

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Include original packaging, tags, invoices, and certificates
• Show no signs of tampering, scratches, or alteration

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following may not qualify for returns:
• Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
• Personalised or engraved jewellery
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours with:
• Order number
• Product photographs
• Unboxing images/videos

REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:
• Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method
• Processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers
• Shipping or COD charges may be non-refundable
