Exchange Policy

At Janaki Jewels, we want every purchase to feel thoughtful, effortless, and reassuring.

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days from delivery, subject to successful quality inspection.

Products must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Include original packaging, certificates, tags, and invoice
• Be returned in saleable condition

EXCHANGE OPTIONS

Approved exchanges may be offered in the form of:
• Another product
• Store credit
• Alternate variant or size where applicable

STORE CREDIT

Store credit issued by Janaki Jewels:
• May be provided digitally
• May remain valid for 365 days from issuance
• May be partially or fully redeemable

QUALITY CHECKS

All returned products undergo inspection before exchange approval. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or tampering may not qualify.

REVERSE PICKUP

Reverse pickup services are subject to serviceability depending on customer location.
